Group Lessons with Hermon Mt. Ski School

Learn to Ski and Snowboard is up and running! For 2024, we are happy to announce we will have the opportunity to offer ski and snowboard lessons for children ages 2-12 in partnership with New Hermon Mountain.

We now are offering discounted lessons on Tuesday evenings or Saturday or Sunday mornings!

Together with Bangor Parks and Recreation we will offer Tuesday evening group lessons from 4:30-5:30 pm with free ski after from 5:30-7:30.pm There is a 4-week session beginning in February. Lessons are for children ages 6-12. The package cost is $170. PVSC members can receive a $25 rebate by emailing Barbe Miller, PVSC Learn to Ski Coordinator at back4ty@gmail.com with the member name, membership number, address, and phone number. Members final cost will be $145. The Bangor Parks and Recreation Learn to Ski registration is here! You must be a PVSC member to obtain the rebate. Join here! Session 2 Tuesday evening lessons begin on February 6th!

The Saturday or Sunday Learn to Ski or Ride option includes 4 weeks of 1½ hour group lessons from 9:30-11:00, with a half-day lift ticket good until 1:00. Members pay $205.00 per 4-week session. Lessons begin on February 3rd or 4th. Ages 2-12 are welcome on Saturday and ages 5-12 on Sunday. Any equipment rental must be arranged and paid for directly with New Hermon Mountain.
